Update 30th of March 2023


Introduced the following logic and functionality:


  • switch to Tilemaps for every object except the tank.
    • implement tower recreation upon destruction, based on an incremental level of difficulty: Yellow -> Red -> Purple.
    • implement destructable walls based on different levels of hit-points.
    • add road logic, which increases the speed and acceleration of the tank.
    • add tower fortification upon instantiation, creating a surrounding wall whenever it spawns a new turret.
  • add URP and visually improve most of the particle systems and lights of different effects, such as tower explosion.
  • implement dynamic circle range for Light Shell (first weapon), which decreases overtime, but increases if the shells hit a Wall or Tower entity.
  • update Cool Downs Menu in a left-hand-menu fashion.
  • improve Mini Map and add legend based icons, to highlight the color of the current tower, plus a number, highlighting the count of the guns the tower has (up to 3 guns).
  • Add Shop and Upgrades Menu:
    • implement shell purchasing.
    • implement shells upgrades based on different stats, like Fire Rate, Damage, Area Of Effect Radius, Area Of Effect Duration.
  • add Camera Zoom in and Zoom out based on Scroll Wheel
